However, I get no complaints when I wear it and while talking to others. This is easy to use, but not very adjustable. I've a big head, and wish the mic was a little closer to my mouth.
The sound is muffled and very soft, and I have tried plugging it into 5 different headsets, with the same results. I wanted to buy a headset to use with my Panasonic cordless phones, so I thought that a Panasonic headset would be the best choice. If you buy this headset, it will be money down the drain. I have a Plantronics headset that works quite well in the same phones. WRONG WRONG WRONG. This headset is worthless.
I need to buy something else. When I first got it everyone I spoke to said it sounded fine but that didn't last too long. Now too many people complain that I don't sound clear or they cannot hear me.
I wish at times I could turn the volume up as sometimes people at the other end aren't talking loud. This is my second Panasonic headset which I use with my home-office phone. Overall, I am quite pleased and it's probably the best headset I've had so far (many of the others were just to cheaply made). And, it's a good price. It's quite adjustable and fits well. The sound quality is good and it has sound and mute adjustments, which I use often.
I previousely had this product with my phone and this was a replacement.I found it to be exactely what i was looking for and would recommend it anyone seeking hands free headset.
